  • I honed my storytelling skills as a reporter and editor for newspapers and magazines, including The Financial Times, The Times, Foreign Policy, and The Guardian. I’ve worked in a range of formats, including branded content, newsletters, podcasts, breaking news, reporting, UX writing, chatbot scripts, audience strategy, data analysis, editing, SEO, and more.

  • I thrive on using data creatively to craft the ultimate user experience. In a recent job, I implemented a growth strategy focused on insights, SEO, user research, and A/B testing, which drove a 68% increase in monthly UVs and doubled average engaged time per page. Core to this strategy was taking teams from disjointed data reporting to visual, user-friendly, and recommendation-driven reports.

  • I’ve done a wide range of content marketing in tech — from telling Microsoft’s brand story through immersive pieces in the Financial Times to advising brands like Headspace and Adobe on podcast marketing. I most recently worked as Head of Content Marketing at CogX, where I focused on positioning CogX as an AI leader through newsletters, thought leadership, SEO, video, and content design.

  • My work often involves acting as a liaison between product, sales and content teams. In my most recent role, I focused on content design for CogX Insights and Proxxi, two AI-driven apps. In other roles, I’ve developed websites (Rogers), podcasts (Pacific Content) and learning products (Apolitical). I’m well-versed in product and UX writing principles.

  • I’ve authored reports for various government bodies — from the London Office of Technology & Innovation to the United Nations — on subjects from the gender gap in public sector tech to safeguarding children online. I have experience in foresight analysis, qualitative and quantitative research, policy analysis, and stakeholder management.

  • I worked as an audience development specialist at North America’s leading branded podcast company, Pacific Content, where I advised clients on best practices for podcast marketing. My role ranged from crafting a global marketing & PR strategy for Headspace, to helping Red Bull better understand its audiences, to running Adobe’s ad strategy.
